Mexican Turkey Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Ingredients
1 lb 93% ground turkey1.5 cups black beans1.5 cups cooked brown rice1 can rotel3/4 cup frozen corn kernels2 tsp chopped cilantro3 cloves chopped garlic3 poblano chili peppers(boiled til barely softened)1.5 cup kraft mexican queso quesadilla cheese
Directions
Brown ground turkey. Mix all ingredients but peppers and cheese. Stuff each half pepper with 1/6 of the mixture. Top with 1/4 cup cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
