Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Spaghetti- 6ozButter- 2 TBSPEggs- 2, beatenParmesan cheese-3/4 C.Ricotta Cheese- 1 C.Spaghetti Sauce- 1 C.Shredded Mozzarella- 1/4 C.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Lightly grease a 10-in. pie plate and set aside
3. Toss hot spaghetti with butter
4. Combine eggs and 1/2 C. shredded parmesan, stir into spaghetti
5. Pan spaghetti mixture into prepared pie plate and form into a crust
6. Spread ricotta over bottom and spaghetti sauce on top
7. Bake uncovered 25 min
8. Top with shredded mozzarella
9. Bake 5 mins. more until cheese melts.
10. Remove from oven and sprinkle with reserved 1/4 c parmesan. Cool 10 mins before cutting into wedges
