Ingredients
0.5 cups quaker oats1 tsp blue agave syrup0.75 cups unsweetened original almond milk1 apple with skin, diced2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH, uncovered for 3 minutes. Allow to sit for at least 1 minute to let oatmeal thicken.
