Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups Oats. 1/4 Cup Almond Butter. 1/4 Cup Honey. 1 Cup Almonds.1/4 Cup Ground flax.1/4 Cup Chia Seeds. 1/2 Cup Coconut. 1 Cup Dates.
Directions
Put dates in food processor until dough like (it's the binder), heat honey and almond butter on stove top. Mix all ingredient together, press in pan, freeze for 20 min. All of this mix is 3,000 calories, so cutting it into 20 bars would be 150 calories per bar, not bad.
