Corned beef fried rice

1/4 Tin Aldi Corned Beef diced1/4 Fresh Red Bell Pepper25g Iceland Frozen Sweetcorn1/4 Cup Birdseye Frozen Peas1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion50g Long Grain White Rice1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Chicken OxoDash of Salt.
Add a dash of salt (optional) to a litre of water in a pan and bring to the boil.
Add the long grain rice and cook for about 15 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan then add the onion, peas, sweetcorn and red pepper.
Stir in the boiled rice, corned beef and the oxo (mixed in a tablespoon of boiling water)
Cook on a medium heat for a further 5 minutes.
Serve on a warmed plate.
