Chicken Avocado Wraps

Ingredients
1 Avocado6 oz cooked chicken breast meat (I usually use a 6oz bag of Tyson Grilled & Ready chicken breast strips)1 Tbsp mayonnaise (I use Smart Balance)2 Tbsp chopped cilantro1 tsp lime juiceKosher salt to taste2 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Dice avocado
Optional - mash 1/4 to 1/2 of the avocado (I do this to get more avocado flavor throughout as well as the chunks)
Toss diced avocado with a bit of lime juice and set aside
Mix 1 Tbsp mayonnaise with 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro and 1 tsp lime juice
Dice chicken
In a bowl large enough to hold all ingredients, mix chicken and dressing, then the mashed avocado (if any) until combined.
Add diced avocado and gently stir to combine.
Salt to taste.

Divide the mixture between two whole wheat tortillas and fold/roll up as desired.
