Homemade Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 box Vegetable broth1 box Chicken broth1 large can (796ml) Diced Tomatoes1 sm can (213ml) Hunts Tomato Sauce1 can cut green beans3 large carrots, sliced3 stalks celery, sliced1 clove garlic, chopped1 cup edamame beans1 orange pepper, chopped (any color can be used)1 green onion, choppedCajun seasoning to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Toss it all in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook until veggies are tender (20-30 mins). I prefer to make ahead and let flavours blend for easy, ready made lunches and dinners.
