Ingredients
1 LB Ground Italian Sausage1 tsp crushed Red Pepper1 Medium White Onion Diced4 strips center cut bacon diced2 Tbsp garlic puree10 cups water5 cubes of chicken bouillon3 large Russet potatoes, sliced thin w/ skin.1/4 of a bunch of Kale
Directions
Sauté' Sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while you prepare othe ingredients.
In the Same Pan, Sauté' Bacon, onions and galic aover low medium heat for approx. 15 minutes
