4-5 pounds of broccoli, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper, 4 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced, lemon zest, lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp. olive oil, 1/3 cup parmesan grated cheese
preheat oven to 425. on foil covered cookie sheet place cut up broccoli in olive oil to coat, add salt and pepper, and garlic and toss. cook 20-25 minutes. remove from oven and sprinkle with zest and lemon juice, add olive juice and cheese and toss and serve
