Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded carrots1/2 cup shredded cucumber1 cup shredded crab1 cup cold rice4 cups iceberg lettuceDressing1 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp wasabi powder2 tbsp fat free mayoToppings1 sheet Sushi Nori cut into strips1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients in bottom of salad bowl, toss salad ingredients in bowl and with tongs carefully mix with dressing, sprinkle with nori and sesame seeds.
