Grilled Paneer Ciabatta sandwich

Ingredients
Paneer, 25 gram(s) (remove)*Chutney - Coriander, 1 tsp (remove)*Maggi Hot & sweet Tomato Chili Sauce 1tbsp (16g), .5 tbsp (remove)Tomato, ripe, raw, per slice, 0.5 oz (remove)Kirkland Ciabatta Roll (1 roll), 1 serving (remove)Bread, white (white bread), 2 slice (remove)
Directions

* Slice paneer into roughly 1/4 inch thick and to fit a bread slice & toast them under the grill until it turns golden brown. Turn to other side and grill until golden brown

* Toast 2 slices of bread (your choice of bread) and spread the coriander chutney on either sides of the toast

* Place the grilled paneer on the toast and garnish with a slice of tomato and onion & drizzle hot tomato sauce on top.

* Cut the sandwiches into bite sized squares and serve with fresh strawberries and fruit juice.
