Smothered Chicken

Ingredients
Pack chicken wings 1 can Cream of Chicken - Low SodiumMulti Colored Bell PeppersSeasoning Salt or Flavored meat tenderizer1 OnionFoil
Directions
Wash chicken wings well, place in pan that has been covered with foil. Fill with about 1/2 inch of water, season chicken slightly, too much will make it salty. Add chopped multi colored bell peppers of choice (my favorite is 1/4 green, 1/3 yellow, 1/4 red). Cut them into wedges like fajita size. Do the same with 1/4 onion. Cover with foil, bake on 375-400 for approx. 15 min. Take out, drain off some of water which has fat from chicken in it. Pour Cream of chicken all over wings and spread to cover. You can use 2nd can if needed. Cover and bake another 15-20 min.

Serves great with white rice and mixed veggies in cheese.
