Lemon Cheesecake Topping

Ingredients
1 cup 2 % small curd cottage cheese3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream1 tbsp. Robinson's lemon curd (or any brand)
Directions
Place all ingredients in large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. I find an immersion blender works best to get a smooth consistency.
