Spinach, fresh, 50 gramsKiwi Fruit, 150 gramsBanana, fresh, 100 gramsLemons, 50 grams
1. Peel the kiwi fruits and dice them.
2. Peel the banana and dice it.
3. Cut the lemon peel and dice the core. You can leave in the seeds, they too are healthy and good for eating.
4. Put all the peeled and diced fruits together with the baby spinach leaves in a tall and narrow recipient and mix well with a kitchen vertical mixer.
Or
You can use a blender.
Serving Size: 1 cup equals 1 serving (about 400 ml)
