Nut Butter Freezer Fudge

¼ c. honey ¼ c. coconut oil ¼ c. nut butter of choice (I will use peanut) ½ t. vanilla
Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper.
Melt everything together over low heat, stirring to make sure ingredients are well blended. Pour into prepared pan and freeze until set (about ½ hour).
Cut into squares. Store leftovers in the freezer
