Cauliflower Asparagus Roast

Ingredients
1 med cauliflower head, cut into florets1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces1tbsp avocado/olive oilFresh rosemary, lemon thymeGarlicSalt & pepperGrated Parmesan/Romano
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F
Combine asparagus and cauliflower florets with seasonings and oil.
Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Top with grated Romano/Parmesan if desired.
