Savory Spinach and Tomato Recipe (with turkey)

Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 plum tomato Olive Oil, 5 tbsp Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Palm Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp Habanero pepper, .5 cup Turkey drumstick (leg), smoked, 600 grams
1. Chop peppers, onions and tomato in a food processor.
2. In the oil (mix palm oil and Olive oil), fry the chopped blend.
2. Add the clean spinach and salt (other seasonings as preferred). Stir together.
3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, until just tender.
