Another Chinese chicken crock pot recipe

9 ounces celery, chopped15 ounces yellow bell pepper, chopped1 ounce garlic, elephant cloves4 ounces onion, chopped6 ounces cherry tomatoes, chopped2 ounces shiitake mushroom, dried and coarsely crushed1 ounce jalapeno chile pepper, chopped1 ounce hot peppers, 4 chinese style hot peppers whole16 ounces ground chicken7 ounces waterchestnut, canned, chopped1/2 cup teriyaki marinade1 tablespoon sesame oil1/2 cup uncooked instant brown rice2 tablespoons ginger root, chopped
1.All veggies got coarsely chopped except the really hot tiny chili peppers
2.Add all ingedients to crock pot except rice. Cut the whole peppers in half and place at intervals in the mixture.
3.Cook 6-7 hours on low. Stir about 2 hours into cooking.
4.Turn off crock pot and add rice and let sit rice is cooked.
5.Once cooed portion into containers
6.Add soy sauce to taste
