Chicken Salad w/flax seed

Ingredients
1 can chicken1/3 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup craisins3 tbsp flax seed2 stalks celery1 sm apple1 tsp mustard flour
Directions
Finely chop canned chicken. Chop celery and apple. Mix craisins, flax seed, mayonaise, mustard flour, chicken, celery & apple. Refrigerate 3 hours and serve.
