Ingredients
apple, strawberries, grapes, mango, stevia, flaxseed, raw protein (vegan) water, spinach.
Directions
blend water and spinach first, add all other ingredients...blend...refrigerate (i make mine a night ahead of when i'll be drinking it).

Serving Size: makes 2 - 3 smoothies (bfast and lunch, or, split over bfast/lunch/dinner)
