Chocolate pancake/crepe for one

Ingredients
1/3 cup powdered non fat milk1/2 tablespoon dry cocoa1/2 teaspoon baking powder2 packets spenda2 large egg whites2 teaspoons canola oil1/4 cup of deit lemon lime popmix dry ingredients and add egg whites and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix about one minute. Heat a large non stick skillet and 1 teaspoon canola oil and pour batter in skillet spread all over pan cover and cook on low about 2 to 3 minutes until done. Cool slightly and add 4 tablespoon fat free cool whip and fruit of your choice fold in half and drizzle 1 tablespoon light syrup on top.
Directions
put one teaspoon of oil in a non stick skillet and pour batter in and spread out cover and cook on low about 3 minutes or until done
