Crockpot Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
4 medium or 3 large peppers1 #lean ground beef1/4 cup chopped onion1-1/2 cups cooked rice1/2 tsp black pepper24 oz tomato sauce (low or no salt added)1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Cut the tops off the peppers and hollow out. Mix beef, rice, garlic and pepper. Stuff peppers and place in crockpot. Pour tomato sauce over and cook on low 6 to 7 hours or until beef is cooked thoroughly and peppers are soft.

Serving Size: If the peppers are really large, half would be enough for me
