Ingredients
2lbs lean ground beef1 cup oatmeal1/3 cup chopped onion2tsp salt1/2tsp pepper1 egg (medium)1 1/4 cup tomato juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and put into a loaf pan.
