Amish Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunchCauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup Canola Mayonnaise, 8 tbsp Splenda Packet 5 packetsBacon Bits - Hormel Lite Real Bacon Bits, 3 tbsp Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup
Directions
chop broccoli and cauliflower. In separate bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar. Pour over vegetables. Add bacon and cheese. Stir well. Cover and Refrigerate. Chill at least one hour before serving.

    I also add different fruits like apples, raisins, pineapple etc and I add celery, reduce the sugar. - 2/18/16

    Now, since I don't have anything against fat and didn't mind the calories- I used full fat sour cream and mayo and little more bacon and cheese. (This wouldn't change the flavor up much but definitely ups the calories if you do that.) YUM! - 5/26/14
