Ingredients
Ingredients:Bush's, Black Beans, 1.75 cup *Bob's Red Mill Bulgar, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .33 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers, .25 pepper Egg white, fresh, 2 large *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp *Cajun Seasoning, 1 tsp
Directions
Mash beans and add all ingredients together and form patties. Lightly fry in olive oil.
