Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or line one 12-muffin tin with silicone or foil liners. Blend the oats into flour. Place all the other ingredients, including bananas into blender or food processor, and blend till smooth. Then combine with the oat flour. Pour into muffin tin or square cake pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
