Pineapple and Broccoli Smoothie

Frozen Broccoli (to taste, I used about 10 florets)1/2 c Applesauce1 20oz can Pineapple slices w/ juice2 tbs peanut butter1/2 c Oatmeal6 tbs Nonfat Milk Powder (or substitute skim milk to the desired consistency)Blender or some time of smoothie creator
Blend the pineapples w/ their juice and the milk powder first. Add in the oatmeal so that it grinds well. Add in the applesauce and peanut butter when the oatmeal is ground well enough to your liking. Add in the broccoli floret by floret until it becomes light green. Taste the smoothie and continue adding broccoli to your taste.
Serving Size: Makes 2 large mug fulls
