Bok Choy Soup

Ingredients
3-4 cups of Chicken Stock or Broth1 Cup of Water1 Cup of Chopped Bok Choy3 Cloves of minced Garlic1 Cup or 3 Oz of Sliced Mini Portobello Mushrooms1/2 Cup of minced onion1 tbsp Chinese 5 Spice (find it in the oriental aisle at the grocery store)Salt/Pepper/Onion Powder to taste
Directions
Bring Stock to a low boil, add bok choy, onions and garlic. Keep on simmer for about 5 minutes, add mushrooms. When Bok Choy is desired texture, add Chinese 5 Spice to taste, stirring while still simmering, add one cup of water, salt and pepper and onion powder to taste.
