A new twist on Spinach Salad

2C baby spinach1 Bosc pear (the kind with brown skin)2T reduced fat feta cheese2T chopped walnuts2T balsamic vinaigrette
Wash and drain spinach, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Wash Bosc pear, and slice thinly. Arrange on top of spinach.
Lightly toast walnuts and sprinkle over the salad.
Toss with (Athenos) reduced fat feta cheese and dress lightly with (Wishbone) balsamic vinaigrette.
Serves two as a side salad, or one as a meal.
