Healthy seed and nut flapjacks

Ingredients
50g Margarine50g Chunky peanut butter200g Oats (dry)50g Dark brown soft sugar2 Tbsp Golden syrup50g Pumpkin seeds20g WalnutsJuice of 1 orangeOrange zest optional
Directions
-Melt the margarine, peanut butter, brown sugar, golden syrup gently in a pan until combined.
-Take off the heat and add the oats, seeds, nuts and orange juice/ zest.
-Once it's all combined, put into a ovenproof dish lined with greaseproof paper.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes or until just golden on the top.
-Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
-Enjoy!
