1/2 Cup organic Frozen Blueberries (Costco)1-1/2 scoops Beyond Organic Protein Formula (Amazon.com)1 Tbs organic Flaxseeds, ground (Costco)1/2 Frozen Banana, sliced1 Cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
Put your flaxseed and protein powder in your blender (I use Ninja). Add banana slices and blueberries. Top with the almond milk, and blend until smooth.
Serving Size: Serves one for a healthy breakfast or meal replacement.
