Root veggie soup

Ingredients
1 large yam 1 large parsnip1 med onion20 baby carrots celery1can diced tomatos1 veggie cubeparsly basit salt pepper garlic to taste 32 oz water
Directions
cube all veggies, add spices, tomato and water to a heavy lage stock pot. simmer until tender, the longer you cook the thicker it will become as the yam becomes softer
