PB2 Caramel Protein Bars

Ingredients
3.5 cups oatmeal1.5 cups dry instant milk0.5 cups Mrs Butterworth's Sugar Free pancake syrup0.5 cups sugar free Torani caramel coffee flavoring1/3 cup PB2 (made)0.5 cups no sugar added apple sauce5 scoops GNC Amplified Whey Protein (vanilla)0.25 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 for 22 minutes, or until edges are browned. Refrigerate after they cool as they will get moldy quickly otherwise. Freeze well!
