Coconut Pecan Cranberry Granola (no sugar, no flour)

Ingredients
Nuts and craisins can be added to oats towards end of baking to give a slightly baked taste. Butter, salted, 28 gr (1 oz) Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Pecans, 126 gr Oats, Quaker, 6 cup *Truvia (Zero Cal Stevia) 1 packet, 10 serving Fleur De Sel or salt, 0.25 tsp Craisins (by gram), 155 grams Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Coconut, 80 grams
Directions
Toast pecans and chop.

On a baking sheet, melt butter and spread oats. Toast in 350 degree oven for 7 minute intervals, stirring after each round. Remove when nicely browned.

Put oats in large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and toss liberally. Store in airtight container.

Serving Size: Makes a lot of 1/2 cup servings
