John's Roasted Red Potatos

Ingredients
6 small red potatoes2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil2 oz. of grated Romano cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees
cut potatoes into small cubes
spread potatoes out on a baking pan or dish
drizzle olive oil over potatoes, Stir to coat each and spread out potatoes again.
place in oven and bake for 15 min.
Sprinkle the Romano Cheese over the hot potatoes and serve immediately.
