Ingredients
*White Rice, medium grain, .5 cup (remove) Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove) Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shredded (remove) Lemon juice, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook rice
thaw and squeeze dry the spinach'
grate cheese
When rice is cooked fluff and mix all ingredients
Serve immediately...but it can be reheated
