Mu-shu Pork on white flour tortillas

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shreddedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedOlive Oil, 1 tbspPork Tenderloin, 12 oz*Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 6 tbsp*Hoisin Sauce, 6 tbspSesame Oil, 1 1tspMushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices*green onion (fresh), 0.25 cupRed pepper flakes, 0.25 tspWhite flour tortillas, 12
Directions
Cook pork strips in oil until still pink inside.
Remove from pan.
Cook onion and mushroom until soft, then add cabbage and carrots. Cook until soft. Put pork back into cabbage mixture. Add soya sauce, sesame oil, dried hot peppers flakes.
Spread hoisin sauce on flatbread, put mixture, fold and enjoy!
