Pork with apples & sweet potato -crockpot

Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced6 oz mixed dried fruits2 small onions, sliced2 granny smith apples, chopped2 lbs stewing pork, cubed1/4 c flour2 tbsp vegetable oil1 c sweet apple cider1 bay leaf3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp dried rosemaryplace vegetables, fruits & seasoning in large crockpot. Dredge the pork in the flour, and brown in the oil over med-high heat. Add the pork to the pot, then deglaze the skillet with the cider. Pour over the all. Cook on low 6-8 hours, until pork and potatoes are tender
