Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
400g Stewing Beef1 Large Onion400g Carrots400g Potato250mL Beef Stock750mL Water1 Package Beef Stew Seasoning
Directions
- Brown meat
- Chop vegetables into bite sized peices
- Add meat, vegetables, water, beef stock and seasoning into slow cooker (make sure to stir so that the seasoning isn't all on top!)
- Place on low and let cook for 6 to 8 hours

*Note: Add as many veggies as you like! I find adding a cup of frozen veggies into it works great. :)
