Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients
5 c Rhubarb, chopped1 c Sugar1 Tbsp butter1/2 c waterBring to boil, stir in 2 Tbsp Corn Starch mixed with 1/4 c water and cook 1 min.Biscuits:1 1/4 c flour1/2 oatmeal2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 TBSP sugarCombine and gently stir in:2/3 c milk1/2 c oilDrop biscuits over rhubarb mixture to evenly cover the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
