*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 3 cup (remove) *Chia Seed Red Mill, 2 tbsp (remove) Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Cranberries, 1.33 cup, whole (remove) orange zest, 2 tsp (remove) Almonds, 1 cup, slivered (remove) *Rooster Brand Coconut Milk, .75 cup (remove) Lemon juice, 2 tbsp (remove) Coconut Oil, 1 cup (remove) *Agave Nectar, 5 tbsp (remove) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large (remove)
Preheat oven to 350
prepare muffin tin with nonstick baking spray
combine 2 cups of oats in blender; pulse on high speed until flour consistency; transfer to large mixing bowl with remaining oats, chia seeds, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and dried cranberries.
In a separate bowl, combine coconut milk and lemon juice and set aside for 7 minutes then add to dry ingredients along with the coconut oil and agave nectar.
Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes.
Pour into muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes or until golden borwn.
set aside for 10 minutes to cool before serving.
