HH Southwest Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 oz whole-wheat or GF macaroni (uncooked)½ cup corn (frozen)1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed1 tomato, diced½ red bell pepper, diced¼ red onion, diced¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped (optional)3 tbsp vegetable broth (or water)3 tbsp rice vinegar2 limes (juice)1 tsp raw sugar¼ tsp garlic powder, granulated1½ tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin¼ tsp cayenne
Directions
the pasta is done. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water. Stir together the pasta, corn, black beans, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. In a separate bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients, adding salt to taste. Stir until combined. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Stir to combine. (You may not want to use all the dressing - so add it slowly)
