2 lb lean ground beef2 onions, choppedSpices to taste:4 T chili powder2 T cumin powder1 t red cayenne pepper, ground1 large can crushed tomatoes1 medium can diced tomatoes1 medium can chili beans in sauce
1. Saute beef and chopped onions until beef is browned and onions are clear.
2. Add spices. Stir to coat meat and onions.
3. Add tomatoes and beans. Mix.
4. Simmer to thicken, if desired.
