4 ounces steamed tilapia filet4 cups spinach fresh spinach leaves, shredded2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded0.5 cup green bell peppers, chopped0.5 cup red bell peppers, chopped0.25 cup chopped green onion, tops included2 Tablespoons Kraft light done right Italian salad dressing0.25 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese1 Tablespoon Parmensan cheese0.5 cup Cooked brown rice
Directions
mix all ingredients in a large bowl, breaking up fish as you mix. chill or eat as is.
