Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt Sandwiches

9 graham crackers1 cup whole strawberries, trim tops off1 ripe medium banana5.3oz container plain nonfat greek yogurt1 cup lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
Line a 9x9 pan with tin foil, leave edges/extra foil over edge of pan to make it easier to remove sandwiches later. line bottom of pan with 9 squares of graham crackers. In medium mixing bowl fold together yogurt and whipped topping. Use blender or processor to pulse fruit until blended (some chunks should remain). Spoon fruit into mixing bowl and gently mix into yogurt mix. Carefully spoon/pour fruit mix over graham crackers, spreading gently to cover crackers evenly, but not under! Cover fruit mix with 9 cracker squares to make sandwiches and carefully close foil over. Freeze (about 4 hours) until ready to serve! using extra foil remove from pan then cut between the crackers and serve! If desired wrap sandwiches individually and return to the freezer for future snacking!
