Chocolate Muffins SOS

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup Truvia baking blend2 scoops Vanilla protein powder - garden of life raw1 T choc pudding mix instant dry1 t baking powder1 t baking soda1 cup liquid egg whites1/2 c Yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven 350
Coat muffin cups w cooking spray
Grind oats to flour like consistency in blender or processor
In large bowl whisk w other dry ingredients
Add egg whites and yogurt, whisk until smooth
Divide equally among muffin cups
Bake 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
