Tuna Salad and Sweet Peppers

Ingredients
1 can tuna1.5 Tbls Mayo - light1 Tbl Mustard - hot1/4 cup Celery1/4 cup Sweet Peppers (red & yello)1 Tbl Pickle RelishSmall pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)dash Salt & 2 tsp Pepper ( or to taste)
Directions
Drain tuna using a sieve and flaking slightly.
Mix 1st 6 ingredients (all except seasonings) in a small bowl. Allow ingredients to meld x 10 minutes - preferably in fridge. Taste then add seasonings to your taste (mine are in recipe).
The values are based on 2 servings of 1/2 recipe each. I find this gives me enough room to use it with tomato slices and carrots for a full, satisfying meal.
