Sher's Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Mushroom Soup2/3 Cup frozen peas1 can Starkist Select Low Sodium Albacore Tuna1 can Chicken of the Sea 50% Less Sodium Tuna1 Cup Tillamook Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 Cup 1% milk1 large red bell pepper2 Cups sliced mushrooms1 medium white onion1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Sautee onions, pepper and mushrooms together
Microwave frozen peas until thawed
Mix all remaining ingredients together
Add all ingredients together and microwave until hot.
Serve over cooked pasta or rice
