Taco Soup

1/2 pound 4-7% lean ground beef1 28oz can crushed tomatoes1 14.5 oz can new diced potatoes (optional)1 15 oz can black beans1 15.25 oz can whole kernel corn, no salt added1 16 oz can light red kidney beans1 pkt dry ranch dressing1 pkt taco seasoning
Cook ground beef and drain well. Add all vegatables to crock pot - do not drain any of the cans. Add beef and seasoning packets and stir well.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours
Top with light Mexican shredded cheese, if desired.
