1 1/2 cup flour1/2 cup sugar1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking powder3/4 cup Grape-nuts2/3 cup dried apricots, chopped1 cup milk1 egg1/4 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in Grape-nuts and apricots.
Mix together milk, egg and oil.
Add to flour mixture. Stir 20 seconds, or until just moistened.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
